Work experience opportunity for female graduates/undergraduates

Growthpoint Properties Australia is attempting to increase the proportion of female employees at the Group and, among other things, ensure that we interview at least one genuine male candidate and one genuine female candidate for all available positions. However, the property industry remains male dominated.

To help address this, we are seeking to encourage female participation in the industry by offering work experience opportunities to female graduates and undergraduates of the following programs, particularly from RMIT:

  • Bachelor of Property
  • Bachelor of Business (Property)
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Property)
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation)
  • Graduate Diploma in Valuations
  • Graduate Diploma in Property
  • Master of Business (Property)

It is anticipated that work experience would comprise at least three days shadowing existing employees in three key areas of our business being:

  • Property management
  • Property Finance
  • Operations

However, we have tailored programs to suit individual requirements.

Please note that work experience will be unpaid.
