Growthpoint strengthens its leadership team, with Nathan Thomas joining as Chief Investment Officer in July 2026.
Nathan brings more than 16 years of experience across real estate private equity and investment banking, having held senior roles at Jarden, Morgan Stanley and Macquarie Group.
In this role, Nathan will lead Growthpoint’s investment management activities, including oversight of the directly held portfolio, institutional capital partnerships, capital transactions and corporate development.
