Growthpoint Funds Management has recently welcomed popular food retailers Wingstop, Madame Pho and Spin Panda to Central Park Mall, 28 Broadway, Chippendale, New South Wales, with several exciting new retailers also set to join the centre ahead of Christmas 2026.

The Ground Floor retail space at Central Park Mall is gaining momentum, with the recent opening of Wingstop on the Broadway entrance to the centre, which has proven exceptionally popular.

The food offering on the lower ground floor is also going from strength to strength with the recent openings of Madame Pho and Spin Panda.

Growthpoint is excited to announce new retailers joining Central Park Mall, all with projected opening dates prior to Christmas 2026:
•    Hungry Jacks;
•    Betty's Burgers; 
•    Barber Workshop; and
•    Brooki Bakehouse who is opening their second Sydney store at Central Park Mall.
