Growthpoint Funds Management has secured 19 lease commitments at 307 Queen Street, Brisbane since July 2025, totalling 6,664 square metres, representing more than 33% of the building's lettable area.

Active asset management, including targeted capital investment and tenancy refurbishments has seen occupancy increase to more than 94%.

Growthpoint's Executive Director, Funds Management, Sam Sproats, said the leasing success demonstrates the attractiveness of contemporary A-Grade workspace in Brisbane CBD's Golden Triangle.

“We are pleased to welcome eleven new tenants to 307 Queen Street, in addition to eight lease renewals and tenant expansions.

“Tenants in the Brisbane CBD are seeking quality, amenity and workplace experience. By delivering contemporary, fit-for-purpose workspace through our refurbishment program, we have created an offering that appeals to both new and existing tenants, reflected in the leasing momentum at 307 Queen Street.”

The building holds a 5.0 star NABERS energy rating, a 6.0 star NABERS indoor environment rating and a 4.0 star NABERS water rating.

Mr Sproats added, "Sustainability is embedded in our active management philosophy, and 307 Queen Street’s high NABERS ratings align with tenant expectations and enhance the asset’s competitiveness in the Brisbane CBD."
