Growthpoint announces the appointment of Melinda Ch’ng to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 2026, following an extensive executive search process.
Melinda brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience gained within Australian, multinational and listed organisations.
Prior to her appointment, Melinda served as the CFO of The Pacific Group of Companies, an established private investment company with interests in real estate, credit, and private equity, where she has had responsibility for a range of key functions including finance, treasury, tax, IT, risk and compliance.
She has previously held senior financial leadership roles at GE Capital and Telstra.
