Nick Kost will join Growthpoint’s Executive Leadership Team as Group Executive, Head of Property in December 2025.
Nick has ably led Growthpoint’s property team since 2021 as Head of Asset Management and was promoted to Head of Property in July 2025.
In his role as Group Executive, Head of Property, Nick will be responsible for overseeing Growthpoint’s office, industrial and retail portfolio, spanning both directly held properties and funds-managed assets. He drives portfolio performance through leasing, proactive asset management and a strongly embedded customer-centric culture.
Nick has over 24 years of experience in property and asset management across the office and industrial sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Growthpoint, Nick was Executive Director, Head of Property and Asset Management – Victoria at JLL.
